Orders are placed through the online store. After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Available delivery methods are shown at checkout.
Our jewelry is individually crafted to order. Please allow around 3–4 weeks for completion.
Delays may occur due to factors outside the seller’s control.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and are specified at checkout.
7. Force Majeure
The seller is not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
