Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items must also include any accompanying documents, such as an IGI diamond certificate.

Please note:

Custom, resized, engraved, modified, or made-to-order pieces (including bespoke designs and special orders) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you wish to exchange your piece, please return your original order and place a new one.

Process

  1. Contact us at contact@neljemark.com before sending anything back.
  2. Carefully package the item in its original box and ship it back to us.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm eligibility and process your refund.

Costs & Refunds

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • In case of refund, the refund will be made back to the original payment method used in the order.

Pick-up from our atelier is always free. Orders purchased online can also be returned to our atelier in Tampere at no additional cost. If you have any question, do not hesitate to ask via contact@neljemark.com.
