Quality Guarantee

We provide a lifetime guarantee on all Neljemark jewelry against manufacturing defects. If a defect covered by the guarantee occurs, we will repair the piece or, if necessary, replace it with a new one.

Guarantee repairs cover, for example, casting defects or faulty soldering. However, stone loss is not covered if there are visible signs of impact, bending, or other damage to the piece.

The guarantee does not cover wear and tear resulting from normal use, such as scratches, dents, the loosening or loss of diamonds or other gemstones, theft, or loss of the jewelry. It also does not cover changes in the color of precious metals caused by, for example, cosmetics or chemicals. We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, gardening, or exercising.

Diamond and gemstone settings may naturally wear over time, even with normal use. We do not cover the loss of diamonds or gemstones.

Please note that the guarantee will be void if the jewelry has been altered by anyone other than Neljemark.
